How to clean your product

  1. Step 1

    Vacuum both sides

Use low suction with the rotating brush turned off. Vacuum slowly to remove dust trapped between the braided fibres.

  2. Step 2

    Remove loose dust

If the rug is small enough, take it outside and gently shake it. Avoid vigorous beating, which can loosen the braids.

  3. Step 3

    Brush gently

Use a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the weave to loosen surface dirt. Don't scrub aggressively.

  4. Step 4

    Air it out

Leave the rug in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, especially if the colours may fade.

Can You Use Water?

  • For routine cleaning:

    No water is needed.

  • For small dirty spots:

Test a hidden area first, then lightly blot with a barely damp white cloth. Do not soak the fibres.

  • For deep cleaning:

Check the care label or consult the manufacturer before using a wet-cleaning method. Cotton blends can also shrink or bleed colour.

  • Brush cleaning:

Use only a soft brush for gentle cleaning to remove dust and loose dirt without damaging the braided fibres.
