Eligibility

If you would like to return a piece, contact us as soon as you can after it arrives. We will tell you whether a return is possible for that order.

Please contact us before you send anything back. Handmade pieces vary slightly, and unused items in original packing are easier to accept.

How to request a return

Write to us with your order number, the product, and the reason. Use info@handbraids.com or WhatsApp. Do not post the item until we confirm the return and the address.

We will tell you who pays return shipping when we confirm the return.

Refunds

If we accept a return, we refund the product amount you paid, on the same method where we can. We will confirm the timing when we accept the return.

Damaged items

If something arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you can. Include photos of the item and the packing. We will repair, replace, or refund once we have seen the photos.
