Delivery area

We currently ship within India. If you need delivery somewhere else, contact us before you order so we can confirm whether we can send it.

Charges

Shipping on the site is Free. If a destination needs a different arrangement, we will tell you before the order goes ahead.

Delivery time

Each piece is handmade, so it is prepared in the workshop after you order, then handed to the courier. We share an expected delivery date when we confirm the order.

Order processing

After an order is placed, we pack it in the workshop before it is collected for delivery. Timing depends on the piece.

Tracking

When an order leaves us, we send tracking by email (info@handbraids.com) or WhatsApp. If you have not received it, write to us with your order number.
