HandBraids warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
What is covered
This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects, including:
- Unusual separation or loosening of braids due to manufacturing defects.
- Defective stitching or joining that affects product integrity under normal use.
- Structural defects arising from faulty workmanship.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, washing, soaking, or excessive moisture.
- Mould, mildew, odours, or fibre deterioration caused by damp storage or inadequate drying.
- Stains, spills, fading, discolouration, or colour transfer resulting from use, sunlight, or cleaning products.
- Damage caused by pulling, dragging, rough handling, misuse, or improper installation.
Products made from jute, cotton, polyester, chhindi, and blended materials may exhibit minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, and weave. These characteristics are inherent to the materials and manufacturing process and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

Clear photographs or videos showing the reported defect.

A brief description of the issue.
HandBraids reserves the right to inspect the reported defect and determine whether it falls within the scope of this warranty.

6. Remedy for Approved Claims
For verified manufacturing defects covered under this warranty, HandBraids may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, repair the product, replace the defective item, or provide an appropriate refund or other remedy agreed upon with the customer.
